Journey 1 — Relationship with You

You Are Worthy

Focusing on You

01 — Grounding/Mindfullness

Daily practice of being with yourself. Find a quiet space and time to spend time alone everyday. Removing electronics and the thoughts that can lead our minds down rabbit trails of despair causes anxiety and depression. Meditation or prayer can be very helpful on a journey to better health. Also, getting into nature when possible is very up lifting. Breathing fresh air, seeing life all around us, and coming in contact with other living beings helps the systems in the body work with less difficulty.

02 — Eating/Fuel

Our bodies need food to move. We need certain things in order for our bodies to thrive. Eating a more alkaline diet helps tremendously. Fresh organic fruits and vegetables are an amazing start.

03 — Breathing

We are constantly breathing in the air around us. It is important to try to be in the least toxic environment. Respiration is a process that feeds our cells and detoxing them also. When we breath in things like disinfectant sprays, pollution, plastic fumes from furniture and carpet, and many other toxins it takes a toll on our elimination pathways and blocks pathways for oxygen to come in. Therefore, paying attention to ones breath is an important tool to boost our health. Unfortunately we are unable to remove all of these daily toxins from our environment. However, we can do breath work exercises to strengthen the lungs and ground us better.

04 — Movement/Detox

Our bodies are quite amazing and able to regenerate given the correct environment. The cardiovascular system has a wonderful pump (heart) to bring what is needed to our cells. Our lymphatic system removes the waste that is left behind from that process and does not have one designated pump. Fortunately, we are designed to rid this waste by using our muscles. When we use our muscles it causes the waste to move along. This is why it is so important to do things like yoga or Tai Chi. These practices use every muscle in our body in a slow process. Being slow is important because we are not flushing everything down at once which can overload our elimination pathways. Intense workouts can create a large amount of waste to move into a small funnel. This is why we sweat rather than urinate it out. Using movement as a daily practice helps our health tremendously.

If you change your environment, you’ll transform your world.

Simply removing acidity from our lives is quite amazing!
